Meet Pauliina, the Founder of MasterPEACH
I’m Pauliina — founder of MasterPEACH Coaching and MasterPEACH Wear.
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over a decade, helping women transform their bodies, confidence, and mindset through results-focused coaching, with a expertise of glute development, mindset and sustainable lifestyle changes.
My passion for gym fashion started after years and years struggling to find gym wear which I would truly like, and which would be flattering, comfortable, enhance the glutes and look good at the same time.
THIS IS PERSONAL..
My love for fitness started in a young age, but it definitely didn’t mean that I was always fit. After starting my gym journey I’ve experienced both extremes — overtraining, being overly strict with food being tiny and lean (and feeling miserable). I also went to the other end when I was struggling with obsessive emotional eating, being over 10kg heavier than now and I felt horrible in my body.
Long story short. Those experiences shaped the way I coach today: with balance, structure, and a deep understanding of what women truly go through.
Experiencing this forced me to learn, understand, change and implement the mindset, human behaviour and psychology with the self development tools in my own journey. Mindset and human psychology has turned to my passion which you can still see through everything what I do, talk about or post in social media. But most importantly all this provided me tools to help also other women to understand and leverage learning how to use their powerful minds for their own benefit.
Today, I have completed multiple courses in human behaviour and mindset, and I am also a fully qualified Neuro Transformation Therapist.
But more importantly than qualifications, I understand what women truly go through — because I went through it myself.
When I say personal I mean LIKE REALLY PERSONAL…
Growing glutes for women is something what I take very personally. Because I myself went through the journey from being someone who had no genetics to grow their glutes to build impressive size and shape for my glutes. Many fitness professionals, many coaches and body building athletes I discussed with told me for someone like myself growing glutes would be impossible. I refused to accept that.
I studied, tested, learned, and developed methods and systems that completely transformed my own physique — and later helped transform hundreds and hundreds s of other women too. Today, I’m widely recognised and established as a Glute Development Expert, helping everyone from everyday women to celebrities and coaches take their glutes and confidence to the next level.
And yes… by now you’ve probably guessed the meaning behind the name. The name MasterPEACH is referring to Mastering the “peach”, peach meaning you booty.
WEAR
As a full time coach and someone who spend all my days everyday (all day) in the gym for years I struggled to find gym wear which would be comfortable enough to wear the whole day but at the same time flatter the body, especially the appearance of the glutes.
I used some existing style as an inspiration and made some specific changes to create perfectly fitting, flattering branded clothes to sell for my coaching clients.
The response was immediate — the first pieces sold out quickly, and the girls in our gym kept asking for more. What started as a personal solution, soon became a true passion and growing brand.
